Our process
We’re a small, family business based in Northwest Ohio. We handle kitchen and bathroom renovations, handyman projects, and creative custom builds. No sales pitch — just solid work done the right way. When you decide it’s time to tackle that project or room upgrade, we are here to help you build something better.
STEP 1
Quote Request / Meeting
When you reach out to Three Rivers Renovations, whether by phone or through our online estimate form, you should hear back from owner, Chadd Chaffins, within 1-2 business days. At that time, you can set up an appointment to meet and better understand your vision for your renovation or home project.
STEP 2
Proposal / Estimate
After you meet with Chadd, he will create a proposal and timeline for the work to be completed.
STEP 3
Deposit/Schedule
Once an estimate has been approved, we ask for a $250 non-refundable deposit to secure your project and place it on our schedule. You can rest assured that Three Rivers Renovations will work efficiently and focus on quality craftsmanship - every project, every time.
